Your invoices stay private to your login. Privacy and terms before you pay a cent.
Tax only where you have nexus — physical (office, warehouse, people) or economic ($100k or 200 invoices). The rate is the client’s city and county from their ZIP, not a flat state number.
Confirm more than one address. Same password. Sign in with a personal or company address. Each tab picks which email prints on invoices and which calendar gets its jobs.
Several businesses, one login. Each tab has its own invoices, settings, and color. Stripe, Square, PayPal, and Drive / OneDrive / Box stay hooked to that tab when you switch companies.
Need to be there at 9? We use typical traffic for that hour and tell you when to walk out. Heading out now? Live traffic sets when you’ll arrive, and we put that time on the job. Google, Outlook, and Apple get the appointment — not the drive.

Write the estimate, turn it into the invoice, put the hours and the receipt on it, charge tax from the client's ZIP, and take the card. Every company on the login gets that, on the one plan.
The client gets an email with a link. They open the invoice there and pay. No portal, no extra seats, no second currency. None of that gets the invoice paid.
Keep QuickBooks Online or Xero if those are already your books. We push the finished invoice, the payment, and the expenses, and we leave the books in charge. We never pull. A change or a delete here does not rewrite what is already there.
